PBNS Memahami Tuntutan F:30 dan Hala Tuju FAM
Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia (FAM) menyifatkan Persatuan Bolasepak Negeri Sembilan (PBNS) sebagai antara ahli gabungan yang boleh dijadikan contoh dalam membantu badan induk memenuhi aspirasi yang terkandung dalam peta hala tuju F:30.
Dalam kunjungan hormat FAM yang diadakan di Klana Resort, Seremban hari ini, PBNS membentangkan senarai aktiviti serta usaha persatuan negeri berkenaan melaksanakan pembangunan akar umbi, pencarian bakat baharu dan bola sepak wanita serta kaedah menjana sumber pendapatan dan penaja dalam memperkasakan bola sepak negeri.
Presiden FAM, Datuk Haji Hamidin Haji Mohd Amin, menganggap PBNS memahami aspirasi FAM dalam usaha memastikan bola sepak dimainkan secara kompetitif di peringkat negeri sekali gus mampu membangunkan bola sepak negara khususnya.
"Selain pertandingan sedia ada, disokong dengan aktiviti berterusan, PBNS juga ada Wisma PBNS sendiri di Medan Rahang, ini bermakna PBNS berada di landasan yang betul," katanya.
Hadir sama Tunku Besar Tampin merangkap Presiden PBNS, YTM Tunku Syed Razman Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri bersama barisan Exco PBNS. Hadir sama exco FAM.
YTM Tunku Syed Razman berkata, pihaknya percaya Datuk Haji Hamidin dapat membawa perubahan positif dalam pembangunan bola sepak tempatan ke peringkat antarabangsa.
"Kami yakin di bawah pimpinan Datuk Haji Hamidin, beliau mampu melonjakkan skuad kebangsaan ke persada dunia lantaran itu, PBNS komited dalam semua usaha dan rancangan dibangunkan FAM.
"Pembentangan dan perbincangan hari ini menyaksikan kedua-dua pihak saling bertukar pendapat sekali gus mengeratkan hubungan ahli gabungan dengan FAM, yakni memberi manfaat kepada FAM-PBNS dalam memajukan bola sepak.
"Justeru, kami menyokong penuh kepimpinan Datuk Haji Hamidin dalam usaha kita bersama memastikan bola sepak negara terus berkembang maju," katanya.
PBNS ketika ini berjaya mengekalkan saingan Liga Daerah dengan membabitkan 24 pasukan utama serta lapan pasukan B-21.
Kunjungan hormat ke atas PBNS adalah yang kesembilan selepas FAM ke PDRM FA, Majlis Sukan India Malaysia (MISC), Persatuan Bolasepak Melayu Malaysia (PBMM),Persatuan Bolasepak Cina Malaysia (MCFA), Persatuan Bolasepak Pulau Pinang, Kedah, Sabah dan Persatuan Jurulatih Bolasepak Malaysia (PJBM).
Antara perkara lain yang dibincangkan ialah isu semasa berkaitan bola sepak tempatan serta usahasama antara FAM dengan PBNS khususnya dan kemas kini Peraturan Pelesenan Kelab FAM 2020.
Datuk Haji Hamidin kemudian menambah, kunjungan hormat ini selari dengan usaha FAM mengingatkan ahli gabungan agar berfikir dan bekerja secara profesional menuju F:30.
"Ini sebahagian daripada objektif kami memastikan ahli gabungan memahami visi dan misi FAM, selain keinginan FAM untuk ahli gabungan melakukan gerak kerja mengikut kemampuan masing-masing kerana pada asasnya kita wujud untuk mempromosikan bola sepak di semua peringkat.
"Kami di FAM sememangnya sentiasa memberi khidmat sokongan dan bantuan dari sudut urus tadbir, teknikal serta pembangunan pertandingan kepada ahli gabungan," kata Datuk Haji Hamidin.

NSFA In Sync With FAM's F:30 Aspirations
Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) describes the Negeri Sembilan Football Association (NSFA) as one of the affiliates that can serve as an example in helping the sports body in line with the F: 30 Roadmap.
During the FAM courtesy visit held at the Klana Resort in Seremban today, NSFA presented their list of activities and efforts of the state association on grassroots development, the search for new talent and women's football and how to generate revenue and sponsorship in strengthening the state football.
FAM President, Datuk Haji Hamidin Haji Mohd Amin said the NSFA is in sync with the FAM's aspirations in ensuring football to be played competitively at the state level so as to develop national football in particular.
"In addition to the existing competition, supported by ongoing activities, the NSFA also has its own Wisma PBNS in Medan Rahang that eventually proved that they are on the right track," he said.
Also present was Tunku Besar Tampin and the NSFA President, YTM Tunku Syed Razman Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri along with the NSFA's exco and FAM's exco.
YTM Tunku Syed Razman said he believed Datuk Haji Hamidin could make a positive change in the development of local football as well as internationally.
"We believe that under the leadership of Datuk Haji Hamidin, he is able to bring the national squad to the world stage and hence, NSFA is committed to all efforts and plans developed by FAM.
"Today's discussions saw FAM and NSFA exchanging views thus strengthening affiliates relationship in developing football together.
"Therefore, we fully support Datuk Haji Hamidin's leadership in our efforts to ensure national football continues to thrive," he said.
NSFA currently have 24 teams and eight teams for U-21 in Regional League.
The courtesy visit to NSFA is the ninth after the PDRM FA, Malaysian Indian Football Council (MISC), Football Association of Malays Malaysian, the Malaysian Chinese Football Association (MCFA), the Football Association of Penang, Kedah, Sabah and Football Coaches Association of Malaysia.
Among the other topics discussed are the current issues of local football and the collaboration between FAM- NSFA and the updates on the FAM Club Licensing Rules 2020.
Datuk Haji Hamidin added that the visit was in line with FAM's efforts to remind members to work professionally towards F: 30.
"This is part of our objective to ensure affiliates understand FAM's vision and mission, as well as FAM's desire for affiliates to do their job as we are essentially promoting football at all levels.
"We at FAM always provide support and assistance in terms of governance, technical and developmental aspects to the affiliates," he said.
